Welcome to the Pomegranate Mint shipping policy. We are an online business, based in British Columbia Canada, which works with several factories abroad. Since our brand includes a variety of products, we have crafted the lowest possible shipping rates for each category. 

99.9% Silver Bullion

All of our silver bullion products are shipped with Canada Post, and are mailed from our head office in Canada. Our rates calculated based on weight are:

All silver is in stock and processed within a business day or two, unless otherwise stated on the product page. 

Apparel

All of our apparel is manufactured when you place the order, especially for you. The average production and shipping time is about 14 business days. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout, based on the value and weight of the package. We will be posting these rates when we launch our apparel section, in Spring 2023. 

Artwork

All of our artwork is printed on canvas when you place the order. The average production and shipping time is about 14 business days. Return Policy

Welcome to the Pomegranate Mint return policy. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item, and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you.

We know finding the right size can be confusing when you shop online, so we have spent a lot of time to create accurate sizing charts for each product we offer, so you can avoid any hassles. Please view our sizing charts, and compare with a similar item you wear, for instance match your t-shirt size with your favorite t-shirt at home. You can view our detailed sizing chart on each product page. 

Below, you'll find all the information you need to know about returning items to us:

Apparel Returns

At Pomegranate Mint, we strive to provide the highest quality clothing to our customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 14 days of the customer receiving the item(s). However, the condition of the clothing must be in its original state, with hand tags intact. Please refrain from trying the clothing on if you are wearing any strong fragrances. We reserve the right to not accept unreasonable returns.

On all accepted returns, we will issue the product value, excluding shipping, as an in-store credit, which does not expire. To return an item, simply mail it back to the factory location listed on the box, and be sure to contact customer service within 14 days of receiving your order to be eligible.

99.9% Fine Silver Bullion Products

Returns on all 99.9% fine silver bullion products are not accepted due to the fluctuations in the price of silver. All sales on these items are final, unless otherwise specified.

Please note, that the value of physical silver is always much higher than the traded (spot) price. For instance, if Silver is trading at $24/oz USD, in online contracts, the price of a physical coin or bar could be as much as double that. There is not enough silver in the world to fulfill all the traded silver contracts.

Artwork

We do not accept returns on artwork, however, if your artwork arrives damaged or otherwise has any errors from production or shipping, then please contact customer service and we will replace the product for you, at no extra cost.
